何兴理,2010年毕业于西安电子科技大学获学士学位,2015年毕业于浙江大学获博士学位。2014-2015年在作为联合培养博士生在剑桥大学卡文迪许实验室从事科研工作,2017~2018年在英国南安普顿大学从事博士后研究工作。曾在工业界从事过先进传感器研发工作,20196月加入德赢体育vwin中国官方网站。主要从事微纳米器件和传感器的研究工作,发表学术论文20余篇。

 

研究领域

近几年主要从事微纳米器件的研发工作,具体包括:1)声表面波(SAW)器件和薄膜体声波谐振器(FBAR);(2MEMS传感器;(3)微波移相器。
